Due to personalized nature of our products, we do not accept order cancelation requests at any stages of production because your orders are proceeded immediately to ensure on-time deliveries. Since each product is customized and is especially made to order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a Refund, Return or Exchange unless a wrong or damaged product is delivered.
In case, you have received a wrong or damaged product, contact us immediately with your order details, here or by WhatsApp. We guarantee to replace the damaged or wrong product within two to five working days within UAE; International shipments could take more time.
All products, at Luxuric, become unique due to their highly customized nature and thus, they are not exchangeable, non-refundable and non-returnable since these luxe creations are specifically made to order.
