Ordering through our website is easy:

  • Choose Payment Method,
  • Enter Details and confirm order

We will send an email and/or WhatsApp message to confirm your order.

With Covid-19 outbreak, can I still place an order?

Yes, we are accepting orders, COD and prepaid, as per normal.

Is Everything in Stock?

In most cases, yes. Our warehouse is always well-stocked however you can check stock status once an item has been added to the cart.

What payment methods do we accept?

We keep things simple and easy, we only accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD – only within UAE)
  • Credit Card (Online Payment)

Can I Cancel My Order?

Due to personalized nature of our products, we do not accept order cancelation requests at any stages of production because we proceed with your orders immediately once it is placed online to ensure on-time deliveries to our beloved customers. Can I Exchange or Return a product?

Each product is customized and is especially made to order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a Refund, Return or Exchange unless a wrong or damaged product is delivered. Find our complete policy about Returns, Refunds or Cancellation Here.

What to do if I have received a damaged or wrong product?

Firstly, we are sorry to hear that you have had an issue with the delivered product. Feel free to contact us immediately with your order details, on WhatsApp or Email. We guarantee to replace the damaged or wrong product within two to five working days within UAE; International shipments could take more time.

How long it takes to ship my order?

If you are residing within UAE, it will take 2 to 5 working days for your order to be delivered.

  • Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman: 1 to 2 Working Days
  • Abu Dhabi, Al-Ain and Ras Al Khaima: 2 to 3 Working Days
  • All other cities: 2 to 5 Working Days
  • International shipments could take 7 to 10 working.

How can I track my order?

What if I have missed the Courier Person’s call?

We hate to inform that the order could face delays if you have missed the call from the Courier. Make sure to answer the Courier’s Call for smooth and timely Delivery.

Are the products real leather?

Yes, the all the leather based products are fabricated in authenticated real leather. We work with Full-grain and Top-grain, the strongest and durable leather of all.  

What is meant by customized product?

Customized products are made by making changes or modification to an available product to meet customers’ demands.

Can I personalize all items if quantity required is more than one?

Yes, on purchase of two or more items of the similar style just separate the names with a comma or a semi-colon.

Do you have gift wrap service?

Our packaging is extremely exclusive and lavish that you do not require gift wrapping on top of the lush packaging.

Do you charge for your gift box?
