Due to personalized nature of our products, we do not accept order cancelation requests at any stages of production because we proceed with your orders immediately once it is placed online to ensure on-time deliveries to our beloved customers. Since each product is customized and is especially made to order, unfortunately, we are Unable to offer you a Refund, Return or Exchange unless a wrong product is delivered.

In case, you have received a wrong product, contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with your order details, here or by WhatsApp. We guarantee to replace the damaged or wrong product within two to five working days within UAE; International shipments could take more time.

All products at Luxuric, become unique due to their highly customized nature and thus, they are not exchangeable, non-refundable and non-returnable since these Luxe Creations are specifically made to order.
